The company is incorporated by a team of technical personnel with main objectives of providing Civil, Electrical and Telecommunication Services in the industry including; RF/TX and Civil Works Surveys, telecommunication systems design, Installation, Integration, Commissioning and optimization. On the other hand, aiming at providing Maintenance Services and support for electrical and telecommunication systems in the industries to meet the required customer satisfaction at reasonable prices, and professionalisms.

Our engineers are specialized in various equipment such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Ceragon, ZTE etc. They are trained and experienced to install RF & TX equipment, swap different equipment from 2nd generation to 4th generation and LTE, transmission equipment installations & commissioning from various vendors and main core equipment.
Sabtec has project teams for civil works, who have undertaken works such as tower building and fibre installation services for network operators in Tanzania, proceeding to install BTS equipment and solar or alternative power solutions. The department is structured into three key components; namely roads and buildings, water supply and sanitation and other infrastructures. Other infrastructure segment encompasses engineering trades in railways, harbours, airports, Mining constructions and related infrastructures.
The Department is endowed with diligent and experienced staff offering various professional services spanning across various trades. Availability of support engineering services across other departments within the company further enhances our in-house capabilities to deliver quality products in a timely and professional manner.
